2020 Oregon Senior Games Canceled
We're sad to announce that due to the ongoing pandemic and the state of Oregon's plans for reopening, we'll be unable to hold the Oregon Senior Games this year.
The Oregon Senior Games, hosted by Visit Corvallis, originally scheduled for August 2020, has been cancelled for reasons related to COVID-19.
The recent announcement from the Governor to allow for Phase 1 reopening in Oregon will only tentatively allow for local groups of up to 25 with no travel. With so much unknown about when we will be able to fully reopen the state and allow people to travel and gather in larger groups, Visit Corvallis has decided to cancel the Oregon Senior Games for 2020. The decision was made out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of senior athletes and the many volunteers and officials who are crucial to the operation of the games.
