In partnership with the National Senior Games Association, Visit Corvallis is pleased to announce that Corvallis will host the Oregon Senior Games in August 2023.
This year’s games are expected to include archery, bowling, disc golf, golf, pickleball, the power walk, the race walk, racquetball, softball, swimming, table tennis, tennis, and track and field events. “Visit Corvallis is excited to contribute to the promotion of healthy active aging by bringing the Games to our city,” says Sales Manager Morgan Baker.
Event registration opens in April 2023, with the competition taking place Aug. 10-13 and Aug. 17-20, 2023. Prospective volunteers should reach out to Morgan Baker by email or visit our volunteer page.
About the National Senior Games
The NSGA is a non-profit organization dedicated to motivating active adults to lead a healthy lifestyle through the senior games movement. The Games, a 20-sport, biennial competition for men and women 50 and over, is the largest multi-sport event in the world for seniors. NSGA Member Organizations hold annual games with qualifying competitions in the year preceding The Games. Athletes that meet specific criteria while participating in the State Senior Games qualify to participate.
